Sega has shown off the opening animation for upcoming Shin Sakura Taisen, which will be released in the west as Project Sakura Wars.
Featured below, the new animation was shown off during the game’s stage event at this year’s Tokyo Game Show.
The opening movie was created by studio Sanzigen, who are also producing the recently announced Shin Sakura Wars tv anime, which is based on the game.
The game will launch in Japan exclusively for PS4 on December 12, and in the west in 2020.
