1st User-: game has major flaws, brought to attention of em, for starters no auto translator button in chat, if you get on a kingdom with none English speaking players, kingdom chat gets confusing..also this game cant type in Chinese that completely blanked out..but my biggest complaint is favoritism by chat mods on game. I played on the kingdom with Russian players..you know this game you say words like dumb and sucks you get chat banned, no warning by mods..yet on kingdom Russian said far worse not banned.
2nd User-: I love this game but I am rank number 2 and I want to buy packages but the least expensive package is $24.99 and that is too expensive for me plus it doesn't give me much in exchange can you guys please make packages that are $4.99 and $9.99 with a bunch of speed-ups and stuff in them with like over 50,000 gems please help that the only way ill buy packages, There is only one 9.99 package but its complete garbage at the beginning of the game these packages were incredible
3rd User-: This game is 100% pay for the win!!! so if you want to play without spending tons of money this game is NOT for you!! events are all the same and the rewards are not equal or even less what you get back from your efforts and investments. every update is rubbish, never listening to what players want just what is good for their wallet.!! customer service is even worst I had to wait 6 months for an email reply^^^ I would give minus Starz but it isn't an option.
